All about Obesity and Home remedies for Obesity(Compiled)

Obesity home remedy treatment is quite effective. Following are some cure home remedies for weight loss. Read on for home remedy for Obesity:

On an empty stomach in the morning, drink 1 glass of warm water mixed with juice of half a lime and 1 tsp honey. 

In 1 cup of water, add 3 tsp of limejuice, ½ tsp pepper powder and some honey. Drink this everyday for about 3-4 months. 

Drink a cup of water with 3 teaspoons lime juice, 1/4 teaspoon powdered black pepper, and a teaspoon of honey every day for three months.

In the morning, eat 10 fresh curry leaves. Do this for three or four months.

As a substitute of breakfast, consume 2 ripe tomatoes in the morning. This remedy will aid in reducing your weight at a faster rate.

The leaves of jujube or Indian plum are considered valuable in getting rid of excess body fat. Soak a handful of jujube leaves in water and keep them overnight. Drink this water next day in the morning, on an empty stomach. Do it for about a month or so, to achieve the gain in terms of a slim trim figure.

Cut down of whilte sugar and use honey instead.

Avoid eating unless you are hungry, but don't wait too long to eat or you will have a tendency to eat too fast and too much.

Another tip regarding how to lose weight fast, easy and safe is that you should have your dinner about 3- 4 hours before going off to sleep. 
Have an early dinner. 7 PM would be a good time!!
The body's metabolism slows down at night so its easier to gain weight. if hungry, drink water or tea.
Brush the teeth after meals to combat the tendency to snack.

Need to cut out Soda completely ... doing this is REALLY HARD but it seriously WORKS!! just drink lots of water and a glass of skim milk a day!
