Tips to reduce bad Cholesterol(Compiled)


Cholesterol comes in two forms:
high-density lipoproteins (HDLs)
and low-density lioproteins (LDLs).
Of these, HDLs are generally called "good" cholesterol whilst LDLs are "bad".
1) PRAYER~~There is healing for all ailments in the NAME OF JESUS!!!

2)When 2 table spoon honey + 3 table spoon cinnamon powder was mixed in 16 ounces of tea water & given to Cholesterol patients, it was found that the level of Cholesterol in Blood reduced by 10 % in 2 hours.
Taken 3 times a day. it is said to cure any chronic Cholesterol.
2) Water lowers blood cholesterol.

High cholesterol levels are an indicator of early drought management by the body. Making raw onion & Garlic part of our daily diet, helps to prevent clot formation.
Garlic  has the ability to make your blood thinner and less sticky which means it helps to prevent the platelets from building plaque up in your arteries. This helps to maintain the flexibility of the arteries in the heart. That means that the heart won't have to work so hard to do a normal job.
4) Pomegranate juice consumption decreased "bad" LDL activity and helped in reducing bad cholesterol.
5)  Carrot juice is an excellent source of vitamins B and C as well as calcium pectate, an extraordinary pectin fibre that has been found to have cholesterol-lowering properties.
